• Manage integrations with multiple ad platforms
• Route events through our API infrastructure
• Monitor event delivery and performance

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Send fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive conversion data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to transmit malware or harmful code
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

6. API Usage and Limits

6.2 Rate Limits

7. Integrations and Third-Party Services

7.1 Platform Integrations

When you connect advertising platforms (Meta, Google, etc.), you authorize us to:

• Access your ad accounts using OAuth or API credentials
• Send conversion events on your behalf
• Store and manage access tokens securely

7.2 Third-Party Terms

You must comply with the terms of service and policies of connected advertising platforms. We're not responsible for changes to third-party services or APIs.

8. Fees and Payment

8.1 Subscription Plans

Our Service is offered through various subscription plans. Fees are based on your selected plan and usage.

8.2 Billing

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

• Advertising platforms will accept all conversion events

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

13.1 Exclusion of Damages

WE'RE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

13.2 Liability Cap

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

13.3 Exceptions

These limitations don't apply to liability that can't be excluded by law, such as fraud or gross negligence.

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them to any successor or affiliate.

18.6 Force Majeure

We're not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
